at large and immerse yourself in this lower Columbia region.
This private apartment offers quiet seclusion. Enjoy the Julia
Butler Wildlife refuge for the Columbia Whitetail Deer - just
around the corner. Cross the street and stroll the sandy beaches
of Vista Park, or hike the park's nature trail. You'll be very
comfortable in these extremely clean and well-appointed
surroundings.

Apartment Rental Amenities
Amenities include: wireless internet access.
One flat screen TV, outdoor furniture,
full-size four-poster bed in master bedroom,
all sheets and towels, ceiling fan in bedroom.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, small
four burner Frigidaire stove, microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, dish/ware
and cooking utensils, coffee and all paper products
and products. The unit can accommodate
up to four adults and one child. The front
room includes a queen hide-a-bed couch and
child-size hide-a-bed chair. As well as lamps and dining and
tables.
Vacation Rental Rates
* The apartment is a separate residence from the B&B and rents
for $105 dollars a day - without breakfast. If you would like to
include a breakfast please make arrangements ahead of time.
There is an additional charge for breakfast of $15 per person.
* Would prefer reservations ahead of time - but not always
necessary.
* Please call or email for availability.
* Reservations require a 1/3 deposit to hold your dates.
* You may pay when you arrive.
* Cancellation policy: deposit is fully refunded with seven
days notice.
* Your security deposit will be returned when you leave after
satisfactory inspections. Except for laundry, the property and
its contents should be returned to original condition.

* Payment in full is required upon arrival.
General Information
* Those responsible for making reservations must be over
21- with valid ID required.
* Check-in is 3:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM.
* Maid service prior to check-in and after check-out only.
* Plenty of parking for cars.
* Smoking is permitted outside only. Any tobacco smoke
detected in apartment will result in an automatic $500 dollar
cleaning and painting fee.
* We recycle plastics, glass and newspaper.
* No overnight, non-registered guest allowed.
* There is a no disturbance policy after 10 P.M.
